The Real Estate Transaction Manager is responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions across the organization’s diverse portfolio of approximately 250+ manufacturing, engineering, and office properties. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties. The Transaction Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support strategic real estate objectives and lead facility projects aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and adapt in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
This position requires 25% travel within North America.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $168,000-$186,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
