Attend pre-booking meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope. Analyze plans, specifications, and contract details to determine system requirements
Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes. Participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training. Act as technical resource to customers and field employees

Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
Must be able to demonstrate ability to read/understand design and construction documents
7+ years’ experience in the installation and / or maintenance of Building Automation systems
5+ years’ experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Building Automation systems
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
