Handle incoming calls via the Avaya telephone system, responding professionally to new customer enquiries, service requests, and general queries
Support stock management processes by ordering materials and supplies from approved suppliers, based on engineer requirements, and maintaining organised and well-stocked storage areas
Work collaboratively with colleagues on a variety of projects and tasks as required, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of work
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the office team, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination
Monitor and manage the shared inbox, ensuring all incoming emails are responded to promptly and filed appropriately
Act as a point of contact for field technicians — assigning callouts, managing schedules, and assisting with administrative needs such as parking, uniform orders, and equipment requirements
Oversee general office administration tasks such as filing, shredding, post handling (including franking), and maintaining a tidy and efficient working environment
Maintain and update the CRM (CASH) database to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer information, including regular data cleansing and updates. Full training will be provided
Manage stationery orders and ensure office supplies are readily available and appropriately organised
Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at all times
