The Senior Consultant, reporting to a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director, will develop and deliver solutions that advance operational excellence and digital transformation for clients, particularly within a CRM ecosystem. This self‑managed professional will regularly interface with clients and external stakeholders while leading delivery resources according to firm policies and procedures.
- Lead client projects through the full lifecycle from sales to support.
- Architect and develop CRM solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical needs across sales, marketing, service, and operations.
- Configure, test, and deploy CRM applications and associated solutions.
- Create and monitor project work plans to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
- Communicate functional deliverables, status, and issues to clients.
- Identify risks, manage scope changes, and apply change‑management processes.
- Assign tasks, review work quality, and support consultants in client interactions.
- Participate in business development as a subject‑matter expert to grow existing accounts.

- Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in professional services or industry, 4+ years CRM implementation experience, and 2+ years project management experience.
- Expertise in CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
- Preferred: CRM implementation experience in construction/real‑estate, nonprofit, or manufacturing; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and DevOps.

Compensation for this role ranges from $88,000 to $118,000, with potential for annual discretionary bonuses and regular salary increases.
