Experience serving in leadership roles through a procurement transformation
14+ years experience in procurement or related roles with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position, and a proven track record of achievement and growth in leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience evaluating, building, evolving and scaling systems for procurement (source-to-pay) and travel management.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding metrics/analytical data.
Procurement and ERP tech knowledge with experience using solutions like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite and Excel is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay processes and best practices.
Experience within the Technology or SaaS industry preferred.
