The Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to forecast demand, track historical trends and competition, and recommend or execute rate strategies that meet budgeted revenue, occupancy and arrivals targets.
Key duties include analyzing reports for accuracy, managing rates and inventory across systems such as OnQ R&I and channel managers, overseeing 1‑3 non‑branded properties, building promotions, communicating rate‑plan changes, monitoring booking pace and occupancy trends, ensuring rate integrity, and handling group inventory activities. The role also involves onboarding and training new staff, booking VIP reservations, supporting the reservations team, submitting GDM forms, following up on credit‑card issues, assisting front‑desk managers, and contributing to forecasting, budgeting and market research.
Minimum qualifications are a high‑school diploma or equivalent, 1‑3 years of related experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and Adobe, and the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis.
