In this customer‑facing position, you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation—while cultivating strong relationships with refineries, petrochemical plants, and pipeline operators. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring reliable supply solutions and driving growth in existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include managing existing customer accounts, expanding wallet share, developing new business opportunities, maintaining a high‑frequency field presence, and creating technically sound supply solutions. You will develop account strategies with APEX leadership, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with supply chain, customer service, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and brings 3–4 years of proven sales success, preferably within refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, or industrial‑gas environments. Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work from home when needed.
