What you would be doing

- Assist with fitting soft floor coverings, including:
- Deliver materials to sites when required
- Carry out quality control and Health & Safety checks across projects
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as emails and spreadsheets
- Report findings and updates to the Contract Flooring Supervisor
- Supervise flooring operatives on-site when not fitting

- Strong understanding of flooring processes and fitting techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed
- Good IT skills (email, spreadsheets)
- You must hold a Full UK driving licence (a van will be provided)
- Health & Safety awareness on construction sites
- Must be able to review, understand and work off Technical Drawings
- Carpet tiles
- Proven experience in floor fitting across multiple floor types
- Overtime opportunities
