Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline (Telecommunication Engineering, Computer & Communication Engineering, or similar).
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with GIS, CAD, or other digital tools is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and develop within a professional consulting environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
Good understanding of telecommunications and digital infrastructure fundamentals.
