- Help create and oversee field installation work packages and monitor overall schedule progress
- Update and manage drawing sets, both electronically and in hard copies.
- Establish and maintain project management and administrative files
- Contribute to the preparation and substantiation of job billing
- Maintain meticulous records of incoming and outgoing submittals
- Collaborate in monitoring project planning, execution and closure
- Provide support to Project Management and Field Management teams as needed
- Assist in managing permit applications, obtaining permits, and scheduling inspections as needed
- Assist in writing and tracking Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Assist in implementing and entering Purchasing Orders (PO’s) and PO Changes
- Research, acquire and organize submittals and Operations & Maintenance manual materials
- Attend regular project status meetings
- Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices
- Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a constructive work environment.
- Organize and maintain project correspondence
- Aid in estimating and tracking Potential Change Orders (PCO’s)

- Ability to learn electrical estimating to produce job change orders, evaluate and apply job estimates and assist with new estimates
- Adaptability to changing project needs and willingness to ask questions and exercise good judgement
- Prioritize work effectively to meet all deadlines with a keen attention to detail
- Uphold a strong work ethic and good punctuality
- Demonstrated capacity for on-the-job learning
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Construction Management or related field, and/or 2 years electrical construction industry experience, or relevant field experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
- Understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles, a plus
- Familiarity with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling and project management systems, with knowledge of Accubid, considered a plus
