Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Specialist helps maintain the property’s physical and mechanical systems. This role contributes to daily operations, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Respond promptly to assigned customer service requests.
Conduct daily rounds to inspect mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns.
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs.
Prepare and turn vacant units or suites.
Execute light carpentry, drywall repair, and paint touch‑ups.
Provide after‑hours on‑call support as needed.
Address immediate life‑safety hazards such as fire alarms and trip hazards.
Support the Facilities Manager to ensure property success.
Follow instructions efficiently and maintain a professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues.
