- Create and manage marketing collateral for available units.
- Provide prospective residents with rental process information, manage guest cards, and process applications.
- Conduct in‑person and virtual showings for prospective residents.
- Assist with move‑in and move‑out processes, including inspections, collection of information and funds, and key distribution.
- Support lease renewal and rent increase management, and perform market analysis research.
- Answer calls, return missed calls, check voicemail, and follow up with prospects.
- Address resident complaints and service issues, coordinating with staff to resolve concerns.
- Compile daily and weekly reports for management.
- Generate and post resident communication notices.
- Perform internal inspections of vacant units, ensure cleanliness, and capture photographs for marketing.
- Conduct external property walks for health, safety, and marketability, creating work orders as needed.
- Collect coins from common‑area laundry facilities.

The multi‑site Property Associate supports Regional and Property Managers by handling a variety of tasks that keep each property operating at peak performance. The role requires initiative, self‑motivation, attention to detail, and strong customer‑service skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
Successful candidates demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a positive can‑do attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Availability to work weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed and consistent, timely attendance are required.
A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 are required; experience with AppFolio is a plus.

Benefits
This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) with an hourly rate of $21.00. The associate will primarily assist with managing a single property comprising 156 units.
