Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a faced paced environment.
A proven background in Recruitment within a highly regulated market.
Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential.
Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.
Occasional visits to other NUVIA offices or client sites.
