Develop control software for e‑Mobility charging solutions and provide L3/L4 support.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
To Deploy, deliver, and operate control software products and releases for internal / external customer projects, and act as L3/L4 support team member for, e.g., troubleshooting control software issues with users.
To support in preparing technical design documents in response to market / product / technical / functional / non-functional requirements specifications and support lab testing, on-site installations, commissioning, or troubleshooting for customer projects.
Analyze the developed code, prepare bug reports, conduct root cause analysis, suggest fixes, implement and / or ensure implementation of the identified solution, subsequent verification and validation steps and create documentation artefacts such as reports, user manuals, operating procedures, test procedures, guidelines, report templates for engineering and commissioning engineers.
To Develop, test, verify, and validate, or review control and protection software (PLC, SCADA, protection relay, PID regulation, IEC 61850, …) for eMobility charging solutions according to security development lifecycle and technical design documents, build proof of concepts as a step towards comprehensive control software development, also develop and assess control concepts for low / medium voltage – low / high power chargers.

Experience in industrial control software development with Codey’s (must have) and with PLC programming, SCADA, WEB-HMI, and remote access (nice have)
Team spirit with the capacity to work independently, complemented by quick intellect and well-developed analytical skills.
Experience in working with scrum development lifecycle model, working with IEC standard, ANSI (others are also preferred).
Required bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science or similar.
Experience with C/C++ programming, low voltage and medium voltage network distribution, DC network and energy storage systems (battery, super caps, BMS), fieldbus communication CAN bus SAE-J19139, EV charger and CCS2 protocols (OCPP, ISO 15118 / DIN 70121 / SAE J3105 / VDV 261) and MQTT protocol.
Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
