Within our consult business we combine leading‑edge practical expertise with project delivery consultancy to unlock potential in every project. The role supervises daily activities of the business design management plan, ensuring effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements.

Deliver elements of the annual business plan within timeframes and budget
Develop working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders
Present design review data and key performance indicators to project and sub‑function leadership
Work with team members to operationally deliver team/regional strategy
Support business development and work‑winning activities
Ensure management system compliance and completeness of project roles and responsibilities across portfolios
Manage a small team of direct reports, coordinating work, providing performance management, development and coaching
Assist and contribute to management reviews by collating, analysing and presenting data and key metrics
Collaborate toward the net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions during delivery
