Electrical Foreman

Description

• Responsible for execution of electrical scopes across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel
• Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
• Coordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations
• Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
• Consistently completes projects on schedule and within budget
• Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents
• Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines
