The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of data center thermal management. They should be able to work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into effective and innovative solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in system design and architecture, with a focus on thermal management. Ability to select, design, and calculate components for air and liquid-cooled systems.
Proficiency in design and simulation tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of simulation environments. A strong blend of technical expertise, system-level thinking, and a customer-focused approach is highly valued.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work closely with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
Solid understanding of current trends and challenges in data center thermal management is essential. Experience working with large-scale or hyperscale data centers is a strong advantage.

Comprehensive understanding of thermal load system architecture for both air and liquid-cooled systems.
Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in plant engineering, Mechanical Engineer with expiriance in Thermal Engineering or , Energy Engineering, or Energy Plant Engineering or similar education is required. A master’s degree or higher in these fields is preferred.
Ability to draw the full system PID with product selection and flow calculation including temp level and piping size.
Experience in cabling and piping system design, including bending calculations, pressure drop analysis, and accurate sizing to ensure efficient and reliable infrastructure performance.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in system design is required, ideally within data center thermal management, oil and gas, petrochemical engineering, or similar industrial environments. Proven expertise in both air- and liquid-cooled systems is highly desirable.
