  • Communiquer les consignes de sécurité ainsi que les priorités logistiques aux sous-traitants, et s’assurer du respect de ces consignes;
  • Communiquer les règles SST aux partenaires puis intervenir en cas de non-respect de celles-ci;
  • Effectuer le suivi opérationnel avec les chargés de projet et les conseillers techniques afin d’organiser les livraisons de matières résiduelles en collaboration avec les sous-traitants (définition des priorités, planification, ajustements);
  • Assurer un suivi des tonnages livrés et communiquer les rapports journaliers à l’équipe terrain;
  • Suivre et résoudre les litiges avec les transporteurs, notamment pour les temps d’attente facturés;
  • Créer les bons de commande dans le système de suivi et les communiquer aux différents sous-traitants;
  • Enregistrer les réceptions et approuver les factures de transport dans le système;
  • Être en contact régulier avec les sous-traitants pour coordonner les livraisons dans plusieurs sites de livraison simultanément;

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit;
  • Optimiser les opérations en proposant des solutions aux enjeux de logistique, chargement, pesée, accès aux champs et trajets.
  • Vérifier et confirmer les tarifs et les quantités facturés;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps (gestion des priorités);
  • Vérifier l’accessibilité des sites agricoles en amont des livraisons avec les différents intervenants;
  • Flexibilité requise, disponibilité sur appel hors horaire régulier pour assurer les interventions d’urgence et la continuité des opérations
  • Poste permanent, 37.5h par semaine
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste de coordination, de répartition, en gestion des opérations ou en administration;
  • Connaitre la réalité du transport en camion dompeur (un atout);
  • Salaire attractif selon profil et expérience
  • DEC en logistique du transport, en administration ou en environnement (un atout);
