The Conducteur de Travaux reports to the Responsable d’Affaires and works alongside him to oversee aerial network projects within the department. He/she manages site preparation, execution planning, resource provisioning, and ensures compliance with deadlines, quality standards, safety and environmental rules. The role also includes leading the site staff, maintaining client relationships, and handling the economic and contractual aspects of each project.
- Analyze technical dossiers and prepare administrative files.
- Define execution planning and monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure adequate supply of materials and resources on site.
- Supervise and motivate construction personnel.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in site meetings, relay decisions, and handle claims.
- Track project expenses, flag cost overruns, and prepare contractual attachments.
- Enforce quality, safety and environmental regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 diploma in electrical or electrotechnical engineering (e.g., BTS Électrotechnique) and have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar position. Required attributes include rigor, a hands‑on approach, strong organizational skills, proficiency with office tools, and a commercial and human‑relations mindset.
