The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is an intensive 18‑month development track designed to prepare high‑potential leaders for future roles as Operations Managers. Through structured rotations, hands‑on experience, and formal training, participants acquire deep knowledge of operational excellence, leadership, and business strategy within a stable and essential industry.
