Ability to effectively organize and staff a project team in a matrix organization
15 - 20 years of experience in the mining industry, five of which in a Project managerial capacity, specialization in studies
Knowledge and understanding of working arrangements with joint ventures, alliances and consortiums and with different commercial models; Integrated Project Team (IPT), Lumpsum and cost-reimbursable
Pror experience with managing various stages of studies- Conceptual, Pre feasibility and Feasibility
Knowledge of building effective business cases and experience with trade off studies in support of the customers’ needs
Knowledge and understanding of mining lifecycles including various project phases and financial structuring of projects
Self-starter and strong communicator
Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of industry, technology and EPC work processes
