This is a plant-based, hands-on position requiring close coordination with maintenance, safety, and operations teams.
- Manage the daily operation, upkeep, and safety of all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Manage external vendors and service providers for custodial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, and building repair work.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and safety across offices, production floors, and exterior areas.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and other regulatory standards through documentation and regular audits.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal building functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility’s structure, HVAC systems, lighting, gates, roofs, and grounds.
- Oversee utilities such as power, water, compressed air, and climate systems to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and cost-control measures.
- Support leadership in facility planning, renovations, and capital improvement projects.

The position is local to Pocatello, ID, with no travel required.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the infrastructure, utilities, and physical environment of our Pocatello manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for the building systems, grounds, and plant utilities — ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across all site facilities.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial facilities management, with hands-on leadership in infrastructure upkeep, vendor management, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in facility management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5–7 years of experience managing facilities or industrial property operations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, utilities, building systems, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead contractors and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
