- leading your own project related to a specific O&M concept on a developing wind farm or an emerging technology
- our operations sites by visiting them and going offshore after basic training, giving you a first-hand view of the outcome of the team’s work and a useful insight in the day to day of O&M in offshore wind

- You have very good verbal and written communication skills
- You’re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering , alternatively another relevant science or engineering discipline
- You´re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
- Your degree course is related to renewable energy
- Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
