Ajouter les commandes supplémentaires liées à une vente (location applicable, escompte, reprise) ;
Effectuer les demandes de remboursement client au département des comptes fournisseurs ;
Faire le suivi vente, dont l’avancement des transactions suite à la facturation ;
Envoyer les factures au département du financement ;
Appliquer les dépôts directs dans les comptes clients ainsi que faire les prélèvements sur carte de crédit ;
Analyser les transactions des concessionnaires ;
Effectuer la facturation des attachements livrés et les factures de financement ;

Bilingue (anglais et français) – oral et écrit* ;
DEP en bureautique (un atout) ;
Procéder, au besoin, à la cancellation de commandes ;
Gérer les immatriculations : enregistrement d’équipement neuf, préparation des ATAC et les demandes de crédits ;
