Plant Manager

Description

• Liaise with site teams on equipment availability and service timeframes.
• Manage daily operations of the plant and vehicle fleet.
• Maintain accurate fleet data using 3PM.
• Schedule and organise equipment delivery to job sites.
• Drop small tools/equipment to sites when required.
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing with the Workshop Manager.

Requirements

ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Plant Manager for our client in South Auckland, to oversee a fleet of 60+ machines and 18 trucks, ensuring all equipment is maintained, tracked, and delivered to sites efficiently in coordination with the Workshop Manager.

• Strong understanding of earthmoving equipment and truck operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Transport Manager, or Fleet Manager in civil construction or heavy machinery.
• Confident using fleet/asset management systems (3PM experience preferred).
