What you would be doing

- Manage site manpower, contractors, equipment, and material utilization efficiently.
- Lead project execution at site and act as the single point of accountability.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Reporting – Accurate and timely submission of daily/weekly site reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory/legal requirements (labour laws, permits, safety, and environmental norms).
- Selection and technical specification fixing of material/process required related to civil/electrical project.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, inspection, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, quality standards, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly site progress reports; escalate challenges proactively.
- Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Site Safety, Site Admin, and Compliance teams for seamless project operations.

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

- Compliance – 100% statutory/legal adherence at project sites.
- Knowledge of project management practices, EHS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Timely Completion – 100% adherence to project timelines.
- 5–12 years of proven experience in handling large-scale solar project sites.
- Safety – Zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) incidents and 100% compliance with EHS norms.
