The position follows a regular weekly schedule with rotating on‑call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers extra overtime during peak summer and winter seasons or emergency events such as wildfires and hurricanes. Technicians may transport equipment solo or with a teammate to diverse settings ranging from retail stores to construction sites and manufacturing plants. When not on the road, they work in the warehouse to unbox, test, prepare, and clean equipment for the next job.
Candidates need at least one year of commercial driving experience, a five‑year clean driving record, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card. Physical stamina is required for lifting 25 lb or more, working on ladders, and handling extreme indoor and outdoor temperatures. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and comfort with mobile devices for digital records are essential, as is at least one year of HVAC technician experience (preferred).
