Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business consulting environment.
CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a consulting practice.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Attesting to the accuracy and reliability of financial statements.
Proven track record in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including designing, interpreting, and presenting financial dashboards.
Experience partnering with IT / ERP consultants during system implementation or optimization is a strong asset.
