Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Associate to join its Workplace Strategy team. The role supports the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee experience, optimize space utilization, and align with organizational goals. The Associate will collaborate with real‑estate, HR, IT, and business units to deliver data‑driven insights.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Architecture, Real Estate or Data Analytics and have 1–3 years of experience in workplace strategy or related consulting. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data‑visualization tools. Familiarity with hybrid work models, activity‑based working and optional experience with AutoCAD, Revit, change management, sustainability or wellness is a plus.
