Identify, Land and Expand Enterprise accounts/opportunities
Work closely with BU sellers to identify cross-BU expansion opportunities
Expand relationships within assigned accounts to access new decision makers and uncover new opportunities
Create and update formalized Enterprise account plans both globally & regionally
In collaboration with other Carrier resources, develop tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs
Persuade customers to purchase Carrier products & solutions
Identify net-new opportunities
Evolve and drive a holistic global account strategy based on customer and vertical insights
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned vertical industry and assigned accounts
Coordinate Carrier personnel (Global & Regional BU Sellers & Leadership) throughout the sales process
Understand and influence customer's investment roadmap relevant to Carrier products & solutions to drive expansion

Strong negotiation skills: ability to understand contractual, legal language
Ability to quickly adapt and adjust approach and solution to customer needs
Proven experience and ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customers
Ability to lead multi-functional teams to resolve unusually complex problems
Excellent project management skills and execution
Proven experience developing and managing Data Center / Industrial user enterprise accounts highly preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience. This includes the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to travel up to 25%-50% including International.
