Tasks

-Support scheduling, calendar management, and operational logistics across multiple sites -Manage property-related tasks such as utility payments, maintenance coordination, inspections, and lease documentation -Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and share best practices -Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery -Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with a solutions-focused approach -Maintain accurate records and databases related to property and operational activities -Perform a range of general administrative duties including data entry, document management, and reporting -Identify and escalate operational challenges while contributing to process improvements -Provide prompt and professional customer service to team member occupants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Experience in an administration or similar role. Previous administration of real estate or property management is an advantage. -Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills -Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives -Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment -Excellent attention to detail with proven administrative skills -SAP experience will be highly advantageous -Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships -Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues, and expressing oneself clearly
