The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has at least two years of technical experience, including two years in new electrical or electronics product development and launch phases. They should have experience working with reliability and safety teams, knowledge of fuel, aircraft, and hydraulic control systems, and familiarity with DFMEA, risk‑log, 8D processes, reliability modelling, fault‑tree analysis, and RMS software such as Windchill Quality Solutions.
- Understand aerospace safety standards (DO‑178C, DO‑254A) and aircraft certification methods (ARP4754A, ARP4761).
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum two years of experience in a technical role.
- Minimum two years in new electrical/electronics product development, including launch phase.
- Experience collaborating with reliability/safety teams, product development teams, and internal/external customers.
- Knowledge of fuel systems, aircraft systems, and hydraulic control systems.
- Familiarity with DFMEA, risk log, and 8D processes.
- Proficiency in reliability modelling, FMEAs/FMECAs, fault‑tree analysis, and large data‑set analysis.
- Understanding of ALT/HALT/HASS testing methods.
- Experience with RMS software, preferably Windchill Quality Solutions.
