As a Logistics Engineer, you will be an integral part of our construction delivery team. You’ll lead technical planning and execution of logistics strategies across large-scale project sites—coordinating teams, plant operations, and infrastructure to support seamless construction progress.

We’re looking for a Logistics Engineer to support and coordinate site logistics on major projects across the UAE. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of site operations—ensuring smooth movement, safe practices, and efficient support for construction activities.
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager or Logistics Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with project engineers, commercial teams, suppliers, and on-site supervisors. You’ll be responsible for delivering site-wide logistics that meet both safety and project delivery standards.
- Support commercial teams with accurate logistics data for cost control and reporting
- Review and approve purchase requests for logistics materials and plant
- Manage documentation including lifting plans, MSRAs, DSTIs, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with suppliers for servicing, breakdowns, and delivery management
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to integrate logistics with construction activities
- Lead regular site inspections and audits to uphold logistics and safety standards
- Develop and implement site logistics plans aligned with project drawings and sequences
- Oversee vertical and horizontal transport systems (hoists, ramps, access routes)
- Supervise Logistics Foremen in daily operations, including labour allocation, plant and equipment movement, and welfare setup
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety, environmental, and third-party requirements
- Track plant utilization, fuel consumption, and lifting equipment performance
- Identify areas for improvement and drive innovative logistics solutions
- Direct involvement in end-to-end construction operations
- Maintain logistics zones and welfare areas across the site
- Conduct and lead logistics planning sessions and project progress reviews

- LEEA Certified Appointed Person (AP) qualification
- Understanding of environmental standards such as LEEDs/Estidama
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage shifting prioritie
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning, plant operations, and HSE compliance
- Proven team leadership and multi-disciplinary coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and logistics planning tools
- 5+ years of experience in construction logistics or site engineering roles
