Technical Documentation: Generate high-quality profiles and cross-sections that meet stringent agency standards.
Full Lifecycle Management: Lead site civil projects from "start to finish," including initial due diligence, entitlement, design development, and construction administration.
Jurisdictional Coordination: Navigate the complexities of various municipalities across the region (and nationally), ensuring all designs comply with specific local codes and permitting requirements.
Precision Engineering: Develop comprehensive site designs, including intricate grading plans and utility layouts (water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage).
Client & Agency Liaison: Serve as a technical point of contact for a diverse client base, including national retail brands, industrial operators, and local school districts.
