Consult with operating partners to review financial performance, competition, labor, and other performance drivers to address issues related to agreements including performance targets and capital spending expectations
Partner with the Director and SVP on portfolio optimization through strategic evaluations (e.g., buy/sell/hold recommendations, portfolio benchmarking) and execution of portfolio transactions including acquisitions, transitions, dispositions, lease restructurings, and capital recycling initiatives
Direct management of one Senior Financial Analyst
Conduct periodic site visits to critical properties and markets to confirm performance expectations and deepen understanding of seniors housing and healthcare operations, market fundamentals, and competitive dynamics
