Asset & Compliance Data Coordinator

Description

We are recruiting a full‑time Asset & Compliance Data Coordinator who will provide a high‑quality asset and compliance service to internal and external customers, delivering quality outcomes and resolutions. The role supports an integrated, consistent approach to compliance, aligning external best practice, regulatory requirements and business priorities across reactive, planned and cyclical repair and maintenance services.

• Deliver accurate asset and compliance data to support internal and external customers.
• Ensure quality outcomes and resolutions within the repair and maintenance service.
• Apply integrated compliance processes aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
• Manage data across reactive, planned and cyclical repair activities for all tenures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborative initiatives.
• Access training and development programmes to enhance professional growth.
