- Work with Operations Manager to ensure all facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements and emergency plans are implemented timely and properly
- Provide budgetary guidance
- Perform facility inspections, service response, and minor equipment repairs
- Responsible for property level special projects, capital improvement, operational decisions, domestic mail and facility services
- Meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily
- Provide project management of onsite projects
- Monitor, order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects
- Perform tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activity, associated furniture, and recordkeeping
- Participate in on-call, after hours for building emergencies
- Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing and building systems inspections
- Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics
- Primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests
