Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to clarify procurement needs and project specifications.

This position is based in an office environment with regular interaction with vendors, internal departments, and field operations.
Manage procurement risks by staying informed on market fluctuations, supplier issues, and compliance.

Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Develop, lead, and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
Occasional travel may be required to supplier sites, industry events, or project locations.

Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
Keen understanding of market dynamics, negotiation strategies, and supply chain operations.
High proficiency in using vendor management systems and procurement software.
Experience in the electrical, construction, or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use standard office equipment, and communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and vendor management principles.
