A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Director of Land Development to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.
- Nearly 10 years being placed in “Best Place to Work” (#16) by Zweig Group
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (commercial and/or SFD).
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in FL
- Local presence with national impact, who is actively engaged with communities and local partners
- 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
- Competitive salary north of $250k as a base
- Work with a nationally ranked and established engineering firm - ENR's TOP 500 design firm
