Develop effective and robust Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural intent
Mentor and provide technical support to other engineers and projects as required.
Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.
Attend project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
Preparation and checking of the detailed structural calculations and detailed checking of the drawings in line with the project quality procedures
Contribute to the Operations Centre Leadership Team; work collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to deliver strategic and growth objectives.
Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
Understand Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activities
Communicate/coordinate within the team and with the Client/lead office to ensure project needs are being addressed in a timely manner.
Lead the team to deliver against agreed goals, strategies and KPI’s.
Fully understand the structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope changes in a proactive manner
Collaborate with architects, MEP, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction if required.
Lead the Tall high rise building structure projects design, with a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of Analysis models, calculations, specifications, construction drawings etc
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Strong knowledge of building codes, Standards and regulations. (Indian and International)
Experience on High-rise Domestic Indian projects and Middle east high rise experience is added advantage
Has successfully demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
Experience of Performance based design/Nonlinear seismic design for tall buildings is preferred, however not essential.
