Achieve sales and customer service goals and targets
Responsible for order to delivery process of all orders to ensure promise dates are met, on-time delivery metrics are achieved, and monthly targets made. At times may be required to assist in collection of customer receivables and submit requests for credit or return
Work in cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and proactive communication is provided. Provide high-level reporting and data analysis for customers, Outside Sales, Internal Departments, and Management
