Manufacturer of custom glass solutions for your unique architectural & design vision.
The Project Coordinator at Garibaldi Glass oversees the end‑to‑end execution of glass‑fabricated product projects. The role bridges internal teams—sales, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping—to ensure customer expectations are met, acting as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
Core duties include developing project plans based on take‑offs, drawings, quotes and specifications, coordinating production schedules, and managing documentation such as drawing sets and SOPs. The coordinator also supports shipping logistics, monitors manufacturing activity, and attends site meetings to resolve issues promptly.
Customer interaction is a major component, with the coordinator handling inquiries, lead‑time updates, rush orders, revisions, and providing technical guidance to match products to client needs. Additional responsibilities involve contributing to R&D initiatives and ad‑hoc internal projects.
Candidates should hold a diploma or certificate in Architectural & Building Technology, CADD, Mechanical Design or a related discipline, and possess 2–3 years of coordination experience in manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities are essential.
The position is primarily office‑based with occasional manufacturing floor exposure and travel to off‑site meetings. Garibaldi offers a competitive salary ($55‑65 k), comprehensive benefits, on‑the‑job training, and a vibrant workplace featuring a gym, games, free refreshments, and social events.
