Core duties include conducting site safety observations, creating and reviewing site‑specific safety plans, participating in project kickoff and progress meetings, and aligning client‑specific safety programs with company and regulatory requirements. The specialist also coaches personnel, performs PPE and behavior‑based assessments, coordinates required trainings, investigates incidents, manages corrective actions, and supports safety committees.
Candidates must have at least two years of EHS experience, a high school diploma (or GED), and preferably a safety certification such as CSHO, CHST, SMS, SSH, or CSP; a degree in Safety Management is a plus. Required skills include problem‑solving, strong communication, knowledge of OSHA and electric construction practices, and proficiency with MS Office; the role demands independent work and travel to job sites.
