Based on a combination of both office and brand performance, we are extremely excited to promote this opportunity for an experienced billing manager to take the reins of THE most successful team in the US right now. We are actively looking for a hands-on people manager, to complement the existing team & look to build out a complimentary market within the Data Centre sphere. This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our Harper Harrison through 2025 and beyond.
- Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business.
- A self-motivated, and initiative-taker attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team.
- A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
- Sales and Recruitment experience required.
- Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout.
- Scale brand to 12+ heads across entry level & experienced talent in the next 12/8 months.
- 35+ hires YTD, majority senior-level with 50/50 gender split.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- "Future leader", "directorship" and "team" trainings.
