Roofing Field Supervisor

Description

The Field Supervisor will supervise multiple production and service crews, plan and execute projects, coordinate material orders with the Branch and Warehouse Managers, maintain a safe job site, conduct pre‑ and post‑job inspections, and handle paperwork while communicating daily with customers and employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project management or field supervision in commercial roofing
• Leadership, management, and project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email
• Strong communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret blueprints (preferred)
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 feet
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends/holidays, travel, and overtime as needed
