- Operate digital printers, silkscreen equipment, and heat‑treating furnaces according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure printed glass meets quality and visual specifications while minimizing downtime.
- Perform rapid setup and teardown for each printing job.
- Maintain ink supplies, keep equipment clean, and comply with EPA and PCA regulations.
- Provide direction to support staff and train new team members.
- Complete required daily documentation and execute effective shift‑to‑shift handoffs.
- Assist with related production tasks such as glass loading and seaming.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of solvents, paints, and waste materials.
- Train peers and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and some Saturday shifts from 6 a.m. onward.
- Operate in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and chemicals, requiring safety gear such as gloves, goggles, and respirators.
- Participate in incentive plans and a 401(k) program with employer contribution and match.
