Track and follow up on the status of all NOC submissions, maintaining a detailed register of applications, comments, and approvals.
Ensure timely clearance and approvals are obtained for all project-related works, including, stormwater, and road corridor activities.
Support in resolving utility-related technical and coordination issues on-site.
Coordinate internally with the planning and design teams to align project schedules with NOC deliverables.
Attend authority coordination meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and represent AECOM in stakeholder discussions.
Review utility layouts, diversion proposals, and as-built drawings to ensure alignment with authority standards.
Manage and coordinate all NOC applications with authorities and utility agencies including RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Civil Defense, and others as required.
Support the supervision team in verifying that site works comply with approved NOCs and permit conditions.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly NOC status reports, highlighting pending items and potential delays.
Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve conflicts in design and site execution stages.
Maintain updated knowledge of authority procedures, online portals, and GIS systems for NOC processing.
Maintain strong professional relationships with authority representatives to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with AECOM’s internal procedures for document control, correspondence, and stakeholder management.

Prior UAE experience (minimum 5 years) is essential, particularly within Dubai projects.
Strong understanding of utility network layouts, diversion designs, and coordination procedures for stormwater, sewerage, potable water, power, telecom, and irrigation networks.
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in utility coordination and NOC management for infrastructure and road projects.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience dealing with RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and other UAE authorities.
