The primary purpose of this position is to perform engineering and technical tasks, under direct supervision, in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsibilities include assuring engineering products meet safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements, performing assigned technical work, supporting engineering functions, and assisting with emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities.
Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear Engineering and the ability to meet required access and medical examination standards. Preference is given to candidates with Engineer‑in‑Training certification.
