Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to assess, structure, and negotiate complex development projects.
Ability to negotiate flexible work hours and work arrangements from distributed work centres.
Proven track record in successful creation of development strategy and subsequent delivery of property development, land assembly, complex urban precincts
Demonstrated experience managing high-performing teams, with a focus on cultivating a culture of excellence and results-driven delivery.
Minimum 10yrs experience in the property development industry
Ability to structure and critically analyse feasibility assessments and lead the development and successful approval of business / investment cases / deal structures.
Knowledge of government policy and practices using strategic thinking to work successfully within those parameters
Proven ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, driving performance through strategic leadership and effective stakeholder engagement
