Requirements

We are seeking a Sales Manager with fluency in Chinese to support our expanding client base in Chinese-speaking markets. The candidate is responsible to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and selling residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to the overall success of the company.

• Fluency in Chinese will be a plus.
• Strong negotiation and Sales skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales working with REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in UAE.
• Ability to make Network, work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Result-driven and outstanding people skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
